Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 13, 20261. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DoppelGen Orchestrator suite ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. DoppelGen acts as a deterministic media orchestrator for human-authored content.
2. Intellectual Property & Content Rights
You retain 100% full ownership, copyright, and rights to all scripts, articles, voice reference samples, and media generated through the DoppelGen platform. DoppelGen makes no claim of ownership over your input or generated outputs.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use voice cloning features to impersonate individuals without explicit authorization or generate illegal, defamatory, or harmful deepfakes. All voice reference samples uploaded to Voxa must belong to you or be authorized for synthesis.
4. Containerized & Isolated Infrastructure
The Service executes within containerized Docker environments with zero persistent host modifications. Local execution ensures complete data privacy and isolated processing.
5. YouTube Publishing (Optional Feature)
When you link a YouTube channel, you grant the Service permission to upload videos on your behalf exclusively at your instruction (manual scheduling or autopilot slots you configure). The Service never deletes, modifies, or accesses unrelated content on your channel. You may revoke this permission at any time from your Google account permissions page or by discontinuing use of the publishing feature.
